BURBERRY DALLAS
BURBERRY DALLAS
NorthPark Center in Dallas hosts our latest project, a Burberry store of approximately 400sqm, within the upscale, enclosed mall. This eye-catching space will attract all those who shop in the mall, which has exclusive retail and dining experiences, a high-quality art collection, large cinema complex and more than 200 retailers, including legendary department stores and designer boutiques.
The new Burberry store, which opened in October 2022, is chic and enticing. Our team did the millwork for the shop, from the façade to the finishing touches. We designed and produced all the walls of the storefront and sales area as well as the dressing rooms, checkout counters and display cabinets. We also produced the doors and furnishings, such as clothes rails, white and gold lacquered shelves, glass shelves with a galvanic gold structure and freestanding furniture with a concrete-like finish.
The company’s signature colours were used in lacquering effects on shelving and furniture. The use of beige, black and white tiles, white and beige lacquer, shiny metal structures and repeated touches of gold created a wonderful atmosphere. The bright, modern design was softened by touches of mohair, as in the sofas for the dressing rooms. Clever use of mirrors and lighting complete this fascinating space.
Easily accessible from the major airports, NorthPark is only 7 miles from Downtown Dallas where Pioneer Plaza, in the central business area, is testimony to the history of the “wild west”. An enormous bronze work of art recreates a cattle drive, with life-size longhorn steers driven by three cowboys on horses. There is also the John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza, dedicated to the spot where that president was assassinated in 1963. Home to the American football team, the Dallas Cowboys, the city is full of opportunities for sporting activities. Numerous parks and lakes provide attractive venues for cycling, jogging and water sports. Dallas is a thriving, prosperous city, a perfect location for our luxury project.
